Vinification
Destemming and temperature controlled on inox around i 20/30 degrees C.
The malolactic fermentation spontaneously happens after approximately 10 to 15 days from the racking spill.
No clarification and filtration.
At the end of the winter the obtained product is placed into inox containers at a controlled temperature. Before the month of june two spills are carried out.
After these last procedures the wines is bottled.
Tasting - pinkish colour with glares of cherry red and a scent of cherry with floral notes. Elegant an very intense bouquet with a light and crisp taste. Optimal structure and persistence
