Vinification, refinement - Every vineyards becomes vinified separately, after the pressing of the grapes follows the maceration at controlled temperature. The maceration terminated, the fermentation follows in vats of stainless steel at a controlled temperature of about 20-22° C.

Tasting - Intense ruby red colour with violet threads, very clear. A very intense perfumed, fresh and with connations of mature red fruits and vegetables.
