Vinification, refinement - Every vineyards becomes vinified separately, after the pressing of the grapes follows the maceration at controlled temperature. The maceration terminated, the fermentation follows in vats of stainless steel at a controlled temperature of about 20-22° C.

Tasting - from the red color they steal with violacei glares the scent is much intense one with mineral notes.
Dry taste and of good persistence, a wine that recalls the iglesiente spirit.
